Fix No GPS Data on GoPro Hero 8 Black [Windows]

Tutorial how to fix “No GPS Data” on GoPro Quick Desktop step-by-step for windows platform.

This tutorial only working with GoPro Hero 8 Black with Firmware V1.20 only. If you using Firmware V1.50, you need to downgrade it.

I made a simple bash script to help people out there that also having a same problem with me. Before this I cannot load any GPS data with GoPro Quik, but then someone from the gopro community forum giving some hint why i cannot load the telemetry data.
